0000480: Rename 'chase'
Lots of translators are having difficulty with the notion of 'chasing' customers as it's a pretty English phrase. We need to rename it to something more like 'remind' or 'follow-up'.

There are a few translations already for this. Not sure what to do. Could use an opinion or two from translators as to what should be done.

Renamed 'chase' to 'remind' Mantis 480. Some existing translations are kept, so some languages will continue to say 'chase' until re-translated
