0000067: Show next action on the incident table
It would be nice to show the 'next action' if it's set (and not 'Initial
Response') on the queue page so you can quickly see what the incident is
doing in your active queue.

Confirming myself, poor form I know. We need a good way of showing this in the table, if it doesn't fit, we can bin the idea.

This was implemented a long time ago but got removed because some people didn't like it. I think it replaced another column when a next action time was set, which wasn't really ideal.

now, in 21 century, we have 19" (and even 21") monitors. there is no need to replace columns. you can add another column (for example after Status column)

:-) Indeed, I think that was in the time of 800x600 resolutions ;)

Whilst screens are getting larger we need to be careful that we don't put too much information on the screen at one, the incidents table is already quite busy and confusing and adding an additional column is likely to cause more confusion/information overload

we are working in our system (our programmers made it) now. we have much more columns and we use them all. but we can configure what columns to display

Yeah making this configurable is the way to go, shouldn't be hard
