0001049: Ability to collapse/expand updates in the incident log view

Description

As discussed on IRC it would be a great feature to bring back if we could collapse/expand updates individually (or entirely) in the incident log view. For big updates where an existing email was forwarded many times the case will be more readable/manageable.
