|Summary||0001205: Incident Count Rules Not Enforced|
|Description||When a site is assigned a contract, a contact is able to submit multiple incidents under the contract, even though his/her incident pool may have been limited to "x" number of incidents.|
What has improved is that on the admin side, the incident count function works correctly. In the above case it shows me 3 of 1 incidents have been used with (zero remaining).

Update to this issue.
Incident rules are enforced on a contact (of a contract/site) only when the contact has (2) contracts assigned to him/her. If (2) contracts are assigned to the contact then the contact in their dashboard has the option to click on the "entitlement" link. If only (1) contract is linked to the contact the "entitlement" link is replaced with "add incident". Therefore, with (1) contract, incident pools rule enforcement is broke. With (2) contracts it is not. With (1) contract in place, the contact may submit as many issues as they like even if incident pools was set.
