Summary0001270: Search option to the knowledgebase for the customers
DescriptionWe have over 400 articles in our knowledgebase for our customers. And when customer logs in, he/she has no option to search in that knowledgebase. It will very tough for the customer to go into each and every article.

Request you to provide this feature as soon as possible. This might be the requirement for others as well.

Thanks for the report, this is a feature request rather than a bug report though.

There is no facility to do this at present as you have rightly identified, it has been discussed recently however and we do plan to add it. Keep an eye on this report and you'll see when it is added to our Roadmap.
