|Summary||0001325: Problem while re-asssigning an Incident|
|Description||I am facing the following problems when trying to re-assign an Incident |
1.Mail is being sent to every body for whom the trigger is added
2.So i tried to use a condition while adding the action as userid == 1/2/3/4/5/6 depending on particular user id.
for eg. If its admin then the condition is as userid==1
In this case while testing i got few mails but now i am not getting any mail,when the incident is re-assigned.
I wanted to make configurations in such a way that only the particular user to whom the incident is re-assigned should get an email.
Any kind of help from you is really appreciated.
