day 01-01-2010 = Week 54 (OK)
day 04-01-2010 = Week 2 (should be week 1)

From my limited experience, these problems con from the timezone. I`ve had some trouble with the holidays where the first month of the year is actually december; since I`m only just evaluating this feature for my department, I just commented the UTC line in ldate (if memory serves) which fix it. Please forgive my sckethiness, but I`m currently away from my work box.
