|Additional Information||Confirmed bug in IRC with i believe NicDev007. This is running a Sit Installation from the VM prebuilt from the website.|

|The filter on that report doesn't show Opened OR Closed incidents, it shows incidents opened within the dates given or incidents closed within the dates given. So it's quite possible that either choice would show both incidents that are open and incidents that are closed.|
Oh i see what your saying.
So is there a report that will just show me what incidents are opened or closed for an engineer?
The end goal here is that I open a report and run it for a specific engineer so that I can see what incidents they have open or closed, if i dont put in any dates I want to see all incidents since the beginning.
This is desireable because I dont want to have to pull up a list of all incidents and sort out just the engineers i want to see.
|So... are you saying you want to see the current status of engineers queues? If so then yes you can already do this. Go to SiT! -> Users and click on the name of the user who's queue you want to view.|

Not exactly. I want to be able to run a report that shows all of the open incidents for some engineers.
Say we have 40 engineers but i only want to run a report that shows 5 of those engineers open tickets. How would I accomplish this?
Edit: Just in case that sentence didnt make sense. Say i have Bob, Dick, Harry, Brian, and Joe as engineers..I want a report that will show all of the open tickets for Joe, and Harry.
That kind of a report.
