Summary0001489: Plugin TICKET version 1.0
DescriptionHere is the plugin Ticket for test purpose.
Installation :
In a fresh SiT! install need to have 1 site, 1 contact admin,1 product and 1 maintenance contract configured first.

1° Copy tickets.php to plugins directory
2° Copy the folder ticket to the plugins directory
3° Enable plugin via Menu Sit/Control pannel/Configure
4° Always in the configure menu go now in the Plugin tab and select your setting then click save.

For accessing this plugin, go to Support and select add incident like usualy you do.
Additional InformationTO DO :
- Correct bug when add incident with a date needed by ( sla in update table doesnt change).
- finnish ticket_details.php layout.
- separate details and logs
- add more config settings
- finnish the plugin lol
