Summary0001692: Multiple Site control
Descriptioni have a customer that has 80 sites, i have added the customer, all the sites, and a contract for each site, i have associated the customer with all the contracts, and with 1 'master' site, it all seems to work fine, i go to log an incident, and get a choice of which site, but when the incident is logged it shows as the 'master' site that the customer is associated to.

This really doesnt work, my engineer would automatically see this 'master' site and assume the job is for there. with 80 sites uk wide this is quite confusing.

i need it to log the incident against the actual site that i chose, and show this in the incident log etc.
Steps To Reproducecreate multiple sites
create customer
create contracts for sites
assign customer as admin for contracts
assign customer to a master site.
Additional Informationi have numerous customers with large numbers of sites, if this software is to work for me i need to be able to log the incident to the site and not the customer.

The issue is that the incident displays the name of the site relating to the contact rather than the name of the site relating to the contract. This is desirable for some use cases, for example where the support is provided to a person not present at the site the contract is for. But it's obviously not desirable in the case described in this report.

We need to discuss how we can fix this without breaking anything, since SiT! has worked the way it does now for rather a long time.
