Summary0000183: 12/24 clock wanted
DescriptionRight now the time is in the 12hour clock.

Requested is an option to choose the 24hour clock aswell.
This could be set under profile.

Perhaps it should have the option to be set as default so all new users
will have this option set, eg a Global setting.

don't know if php just generate the time and throw "hh:mm G:i" back at you ?

I'm not sure how to implement this as a user setting since our date formats are configured globally and we don't necessarily know whether 12 or 24 hour is configured.
