|Summary||0001857: difficult to see site incidents / confusing and convoluted setup|
|Description||To allow allow contacts to see all there site incidents the following configuration needs to be made:|
* SiT admin enable "Show site incidents in portal"
* Customer admin contact log into the portal and grant rights to each contract
It is not possible to change the visibility as a sit user it has to be done through the portal.
The first setting above is enforced in portal/index.php where as the second is a series of functions in login.php
The second half of the above was added in commit 2877 (http://sitracker.svn.sourceforge.net/viewvc/sitracker?view=revision&revision=2877 [^]) and is not documented on the wiki.
I'm not sure what the right level of granularity is here though its confusing and very difficult to setup at the moment
