DescriptionIn sit4 we allow SLA targets to not be defined if you don't define a r/r closed incidents show as missing the r/r as its not defined in the SLA definition see attached

7d86bae resolves this, forcing the targettime to be an int using intval as for some reason php was seeing 0 as a float
