These aren't hardcoded, but they do default back to English if the files for the session language are not found. The files are: QualificationsTip.txt EmailSignatureTip.txt MessageTip.txt |

All of these are translated on my server and located in sit/htdocs/help/da-DK/ (I want to check them out before uploading them) |

I found that there was a bug with loading non-english help-tips. I've fixed this in svn trunk r4181. This should be ok now. Thanks for the bug report. |
