|Description||It would be useful to let customers (even not site admins) see Product description or associated skills before opening an incident.|
This is useful when the product you give assistance for is a service.

I think this is a good idea, we'll need to be careful though because I know that some sites have expected that product description will be a private/internal field, not visible to contacts.
We should probably have a separate notes field which meets that need.
