|Description||When a contract expires during the duration of an incident the engineer needs to know.|
It may be good to have a trigger action that can add an update to the incident log in this case.
A notice may also be appropriate, as may a template email to the customer.
This will probably require a scheduled task to run periodically and check for expired contracts.

Agree this would be useful, probably want a config option to enable/disable this as some organisations will continue with calls logged before expiry and just prevent new ones.
Not sure about direct emails to the customer though account manager definetly.
Its its just a display thing could be done on incident view
