Summary0000041: Make SLA's take Public Holidays into account
DescriptionIt would be nice if SLA's had the option of pausing during public holidays.
Public holidays can already be set and therefore are already known.

There should also be multiple "working days" to which are assigned to each
SLA. For example, ImportantSLA should be 24hours, NormalSLA should be 9-5
and NightSLA could be 5-1.
