Summary0000979: Can't change password while authenticating via LDAP
DescriptionWhen you are using LDAP to authenticate the user login, the change password functionality does not work. You can successfully change your password, and the request will go through. However, if you try to use the new password to login, it will not work. The old password will still work. Since it can't seem to push the new password back to the directory, I would probably suggest removing that capability when ldap is enabled.
