0001154: Plugins Repository

Description

There are two parts to this idea.

a) An online plugin repository at sitracker.org that plugin developers can sign-in to and upload/describe their plugins.

b) a client built into SiT! that can query the repository to find new or updated plugins and allow installation via a scripted download. (0001155)

This issue tracks only the (a) online repository idea.

We also have a sourceforge project to store release versions of each plugin http://sourceforge.net/projects/sit-plugins/files/ [^]
