Could you confirm which strings? We know there is a issue with the current version and some of the strings stored in the database being in English, though all of the navigation etc should be translated.

I have noticed that some of the strings in the French translation are identical to the English (e.g. Service, Relations and Email) though my French is limited so we rely upon our trusty translators, sometimes they include the English if there is no corresponding work in the language or are uncertain of the meaning, if there are any strings which you spot please report them with a suitable translation and we'll incorporate into the product, we're always after improving the translation.

I will try to translate in french every field ...

unfortunately we have no way of translating the trigger templates.

The templates are system generated email/notifications where you can edit them to your liking.

In French : le ticket a été résolu ou reprioritisé. Ce cas devrait être maintenant rapproché ou faire l'objet d'une nouvelle définition dans les niveaux de service

The translation is done but in the form "incident_details.php" it s not the french version.
