Summary0000471: When changing settings on the "Service levels" page, the incorrect flags are written to the DB
DescriptionToday i change the SLA times fpr our team, and after the changes, I could not reopen incidents for some service levels.

Checking the DB the "allow reopen" flags on some of these entries where changed to "no" without me changing them in the interface..
